From the moment we drove up the tree lined drive we knew we had found somewhere special. We booked the lodge for ourselves and extended family. We were finding it hard to find accommodation that could cater for our large group. The lodge is set in beautiful surroundings adjoining a stunning period house. The lodge had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped which helped us prepare meals for our large family group. All bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The lodge was extremely clean and well maintained. There was also a cosy sitting room upstairs for some down time which had a lovely view of the countryside. The kids enjoyed the large garden and play area with swing, climbing net and basketball net. We could not have asked for better hosts in Julie, Austin and Laura. They were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay at Woodvilla and we will definitely be back again.
